Good news!
Due to all the applications and requests we received, we have extended the application deadline!
You can now apply for the 5th edition of IPS until May 15th 2026!
The selected participants will be announced via email on May 20th, according to the initial application process schedule.
We thank all who have applied so far and we await excitedly for the new submissions that are on their way!
The form must include:
A short video presentation (2 min) of yourself, your work, and your interests in participating in the International Program in Scenography;
CV;
Portfolio;
Project proposal.
We recommend that proposals address the following questions:
How many collaborators or performers are required to realise the project?
What kind of materials are necessary for the construction of the project?
Why do you want to realise this project during the International Program in Scenography?
What we cover:
If selected, your participation in the International Program in Scenography is fully supported by the organizers.
This includes:
Accommodation for the entire duration of the program
Daily meals
Local transport (including transfer from Henri Coandă International Airport)
Tools and materials required for the construction of your project (up to 500 EUR per project)
Technical equipment for the final exhibition and Gala (lighting, sound, and other necessary infrastructure)
Participants are responsible only for their travel to Bucharest or Constanța. From the moment of arrival, all local logistics are handled by the organizers.
