Be part of the volunteering team of IPS 2026 - Bird in Space. Are you in?
This summer, you have the chance to be part of an unforgettable experience: the International Program in Scenography 2026, 5th edition for two weeks in Ovidiu, Constanța (from August 24 to September 6, 2026).
We’re looking for young people passionate about art, theatre, culture, or event organizing — those curious to discover how an international artistic residency works, to meet top mentors, and to take part in creating a real event, from the ground up to the Final Gala on September 5, 2026.

You’ll be helping artists, working with the technical crew, assisting mentors at children’s workshops, or supporting the organizing team — you choose what fits you best. Our team will create a flexible schedule so that you can explore more than one area. We’ll make sure that every volunteer gets to fully enjoy the IPS experience.
Please note that we are unable to provide transportation, accommodation, or meals for volunteers.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to register only for the days and time slots when you are genuinely available to participate. However, water, snacks, and fresh fruit will be available on site throughout the program.
If you are interested in joining IPS in Ovidiu at your own expense, we can provide access to special accommodation rates and discounted meal prices. Feel free to contact us for more information and estimated costs.
